Here's another version of Rocky's tribal reference! Since he does wear Tribal War/Body paint sometimes, I decided to make this version of the reference. I didn't want to start over because that would probably be too much work to actually do it again. So I just did it on the same completed result on Ibis Paint X. Just in case you ask, yeah, the River Runners Tribe does sometimes use war/body paint to identify certain members of the tribe for easy identification.
