Looks like this vault dweller has met with a terrible fate, to roam the Appalachian wastes as a giant, Scorch-blight-spreading bat monster!

MaxSilverfox, I played around with Clip Studio's AI Colorization feature, and then just put in the finer details and did minor corrections and lighting. Seriously sped up the process and I think it complements the sketchy nature of the original very well.
