Nxakonecv and his families are ejoying a hot spring in Japan. In fact, it is not allowed to take a bath in cloths, nor to plunge in the public baths in Japan. Please do not do so when you had a chance to go to a public bath there. It took very long to complete this artwork because I did not know how to make the textures of woods, water, steam, and so on. I appreciate his extravagantly long patience, and I am deeply sorry for my big delay.
His female character is based upon Krystal in the Star Fox.

Thank you for the comment and I am deeply sorry for the belated response. While I was in Tokyo on business, I was so busy that I could not find a time to write to you on time. I seldom draw a replica and a secondary creation of the characters that were created later than 1985 with copyright. I was asked to draw a character based on Krystal in the Star Fox at this time, I had to admit that I have already gotten too old to grasp the conception of the video game characters.
Yes, it is a great fun to enjoy hot springs in Japan. They are usually quiet well enough to make us relaxed not only physically but also mentally. There are not so many but some hot springs allow us to enjoy taking a bath over Japanese rice wine which is called "sake" in Japanese:

Though I wanted to keep 900 X 720 of resolution, those three characters called for a larger size. I found it a bit difficult to colour it with the colouring software because the large file does not allow me to see the whole picture while colouring it. Thank you for the comment and I am deeply sorry for my slow response. I returned to Korea yesterday.
In Japan, there are various sorts of hot springs. Some contains a sulfide, and tastes very sour. Some contains a chloride, and tastes tangy and salty. In the Tokyo area, many hot springs look brown because of the sediments of the ancient plants. Thank you for the comment and I am sorry for the belated response. As I came back to Korea yesterday, I will catch up with my drawing works soon.
It is one of the pleasures to enjoy an open-air hot spring in Japan. Those open-air baths are usually located in a remote place, and we can also enjoy the nature there. If you had a chance to visit Japan to enjoy hot springs, I would like to recommend you to do so in Winter. You can enjoy the snow, too:

Yes, I drew this piece with a computer mouse. It is always a big toil. Thank you very much both for the comment and the fav., and I am sorry for the belated response.

Oh wow, that is soooo beautiful I love snow, winter's my favourite season, probably because coming from a tropical country I only enjoy it on Holidays to cold places. I would love to visit Japan, I want to go for a winter holiday in Hokkaido
It's ok, I understnad you were either busy or away in Korea so you couldn't respond

Snow looks something mystic to the eyes of those who live in the tropical area. It is a good idea to go to the Hokkaido Island in Winter. Sapporo is one of the most beautiful cities in Japan. As I grew up in the cold area, I adore palm trees, cactus, tropical fruits, and coral lagoon.
Yes, the first time I saw snow, which was on a ski holiday in china earlier this year, it was to me the most beautiful sight that I had ever gazed upon. A white landscape, surrounded by frosted trees with snowflakes, gently floating down like thousands upon thousands of tiny feathers gently drifting down from the mountain high above. It was absolutely beautiful, and I was just filled with joy and happiness. It was a sight I had seen so often in books, movies, and TV shows, but for the first time I saw it with my own eyes, even caught snowflakes with my tongue.
So yes, snow is something extremely mystical to us who live in tropical areas. Ooooh, I've heard how nice Sapporo is, and I hear the Japanese Alps are very beautiful.
Well, since you grew up in a cold climete that's normal. To you, the sight of palm trees, tropical fruits and beaches is something not normal, so you're utterly mystified by it. So the reverse is true for me, then.

I can catch your feeling to see the snow with your own eyes for the first time. The Japanese Alps are consisted of three mountain ranges. They are certainly beautiful and abundant in alpine plants. I would like to recommend you to visit Kiso Fukushima which would show you the sight of city in the mountain area. I visited the Japanese Alps many years ago, and it was very impressive to see mountain butterflies flying over the alpine plants.
Oh, you have visited South Korea and taken the public baths, haven't you? I am afraid that those public baths were quite noisy. If you had a chance to visit South Korea again, I would like to willingly play a part of interpreter of Korean - English to show you around here. Thank you for the comment and I am deeply sorry for my belated response.
Recently I found so many useful functions in the photoshop. That steam was effective well enough to tell hot spring from a swimming pool. I think it would be possible to draw a more fine artwork, if I learned how to use more of the effects in this colouring software. Thank you very much both for the comment and the fav., and I am deeply sorry for my belated response.
Right. Some of the Japanese cuisines which I enjoyed in my last stay were:
