...Halloween-only but still impressive. I like the mostly-slick yet rather-messy look; the whole thing looks very cool and still rather handsome. Then again, the beard also looks very handsome. Bo the hair and the beard look oddly pettable, bu there is the admittedly cool-looking, snarling, constrained ferocity with a glowing look. That studded colour really adds omething ood, though I think that spikes fi this beast better.
I am quite impressed b your use of colour; the reds add brightness, the greys fade into the bleak, dark background, and both colours actually come from the character. The less detail of the background not only gives focus to Kay but also fits the bleak horror that fits in wit Halloween.
