So for about half a month, I’ve had few people say they want to see me shirtless, here is a semi most muscular, cuz I’m taking my own picture, but it’s still something good. Some bigger pecs and shoulders are something I’m proud of. Lots of weight lifting and military training can go a long way in just a month for a beast like me

True for most, but I am intolerable to pain, so even though I work hard, the pain goes away really fast, or no pain at all
