I'm a Ribbon Eel, Baby~
People were talking about ribbon eels in one of my discords and I got the urge to draw an incredibly flamboyant ribbon eel guy. Because ribbon eels are hella flamboyant AF. So ... yeah. I think the idea was better in my head, though. Mostly because I don't really know the first thing about fashion and I think a ribbon eel guy would be strongly into being stylish. Not sure on finishing this one or not. Though if anyone wants him as an adoptable, I can be persuaded, lol~
