PAYMENT/ TERMS OF SERVICE
I currently only accept USD via Paypal
Payment is expected at the time of commissioning unless I have made other arrangements with return customers.
**Any Customer must be of legal consenting age to purchase/commission my work. This includes but is not limited to legal adult age according to your own state/country for any mature or higher rating work.
When commissioning, a turn around ETA is always given when requested and at the time of piece detail communication. If there is a deadline for completion, it must be discussed during the initial terms discussuon.
I will charge a rush fee of 5-10% at my discretion for rushed deadlines or if a bump in que is necessary to meet said deadline.
Commissions are not completed in a first-come first-serve manner. I will not tolerate hovering (daily questioning). Zero tolerance. If a commissioner is found to do so, I maintain the right to refuse service and terminate commission contract immediately.
I will present a WIP sketch in most cases (unless it is a sketch or line art only) for approval by user before completion.
It is the commissioners responsibility to give proper references and descriptions of the piece they are purchasing. If communication is unclear and the sketch needs to be trashed in whole, a re-sketch fee of $10-15 may apply.
If a refund is requested, I will arrange it so for logical, sound reasoning within a respectable time frame. A partial or denied refund may be issued if work is more than 50% complete.
I reserve the right as artist, to refuse service to anyone without given reason at any time.
