This is a beautiful example of a model EW20SMENT, part of the Ibanez Exotic Wood series. The top, sides, and back are all made of spalted maple. The knot shaped design that you can see in this photo is the only inlay on the fretboard.

I love the look of figured wood in everything from antique furniture and cabinetry to (especially) beautifully-crafted musical instruments like this one. I can see the living tree in this guitar. It must sound incredible!
