A concrete stairwell, most likely inside a brutalist building. Nestled deep within the tower's concrete confines, it's impossible to hear anything happening outside, but for one walking up or down in the late hours of the night, it's easy to imagine the rain pouring outside and be grateful that any shelter - no matter how aesthetically unappealing - is better than none.
