People really wanted me to do some original music. This one's for you. I'm still working on it but I'm a narcissist and I want to hear people tell me how great it's coming along even though I don't really think it is.
This song was inadvertently inspired by "Space Walk" by Lemon Jelly.

Oh, and yes, I have decided to start stylizing my name as "neko.", lowercase, period and all. Why? Because I dig straightforwardness and minimalism.

Everything in this works except for that electric guitar. If you can't manage it with acoustic instead, then I'd suggest considering using something else for that lead, or nothing at all. Your composition shows you know more or less what you're doing, and I have no major complaints about any technical aspects, except for that guitar. With the nature and feel of the other instruments, if feels kind of like the angry cousin down the street came over to a nice birthday party, metaphorically. Which is to say, it doesn't really belong there, in terms of continuity. I normally don't criticise one's choice of instruments, but it really does detract from the rest of the song.
Perhaps if you used your amp to turn up the attack so it kinda floats in, instead of abruptly cutting into place with the rough stopping and starting of notes, it may feel better in place.

I'm really not trying to dodge critique here, but to be perfectly honest, the electric guitar is only in here as a placeholder for something else. What that something else is yet, I'm not sure, but as I'm not much of a composer, I just needed to get my idea down before I forgot it, and my guitar was literally the first thing I grabbed.
And again to be honest I'd like to hear what some of your minor complaints may be, even if there are no major ones. I'm always striving to improve!
