X-ray ofr a past rat, Gordon. He was put to sleep due to a mass behind his eye, which you can just see on the left hand side eye socket.
You can even just about see his little dumbo ears.
Thought people might find it interesting, since you don't often get a chance to keep your animal's x-rays. I worked there at the time, which is the only reason I did.

It is interesting indeed. One of my past rats had a problem with a mass behind her eye as well. It ended up being lymphoma that was all over her body, she was only 1 1/2 years old. It's too bad that ratties live such short lives for the awesome critters they are. They are probably my favorite rodent.
