Rogue unit: Astarte
An original unit based off the Nubian type jackal series. Specifically created to be the personal bodyguard PET for the Royal Prince of the Arabian Republic, she has now been regarded as a world class assassin as well as her comrades, Fouchou and Echo. Few can only wonder why she went Rogue but it has been suspected that after witnessing the actions of her master in how he abused his rights as a leader that she took matters into her own hands and took his life. In the resulting power struggle she had to eliminate his former ministers and generals that tried to take control of the country, resulting in a large civil war that was similar to the Oil Wars in 2035. In a single year she managed to regain control of the region by eliminating all the leaders in violent fashion. With no one willing to step up to take over the shattered country out of fear of their lives, Astarte departed and wasn’t seen until a few months later when she and her cohorts eliminated a high ranking American politician with evidence that he indulged in child molestation during his trips to China. Shortly after, a human trafficking ring in China was exposed and eliminated by Astarte and her group, followed by a large scale execution of a mafia group in Russia.
No one knows why such a high class model would go on such a killing spree till it was discovered by Artemis scientists, and some hints provided by Echo, that one of the scientists responsible for her creation gave her specific instructions on the time of her birth. “Always do what you think is right.” Those words are the saying of a Jillian Parker, the same scientist responsible for the creation of the Alice unit. Perhaps Astarte thinks that she can make the world a better place by eliminating harmful humans that think they are above the law. In any case, she is a popular one, adored by many fans online either due to her looks or actions. She is also the most publicly seen of the trio, appearing in interviews via video feed that is heavily encrypted and encoded by Echo, keeping her location a secret. She has stated in those interviews that she simply does what she thinks is right.
Not much info on her available but it is deemed that she is a high class PET model. Not a powerful BEAST type as originally thought. Aside from strength, the only weapon she was seen with was a large staff with a large ankh on the tip.

You're a less likely target for her. She usually targets influential people. Politicians that abuse their power? Religious leaders doing naughty things with children? Sports figures cheating on their wifes? Dead, dead, and double dead. To her, the actions of a few humans influence the actions of many. Best solution, eliminate the bad influence. If one dictator is ruling in a lavishing castle while his people starve and suffer, you remove that leader's head. Public executions seem to work rather well. And if all else fails, wipe out the entire family.

Ah, they accept any human allies. I thought with the way Punisher dealt with folks, he'd shoot them first and ask questions later. Didn't think of him as teaming up with anyone. But they do have many human agents and sympathizers around the world, and even take in abandoned children from war torn countries. While they dislike a majority of mankind, she realizes not all humans are bad.
