Rage is often like a volcano. But in some cases it's a very odd one. Sometimes it'll be asleep, peaceful as the greenery around it. but sometimes outside forces like tectonic plates, or some other force(like the stupidity of how the world is right now at this moment)
In this case, the occasional, small explosion helps alleviate some of the strain placed on a volcano. But often times, if the explosions that alleviate the stress are kept down, and that rage builds up, disaster can ensue. So always finding methods on how to make those tiny explosions happen always helps: For me, it's everything from playing violent video games, or drawing art, or listening to music that toons to that mood at the time always helps me.
But sometimes there will be forces so great, it will force an eruption, burning everything and everyone around, reducing the landscape into a dark, shadowy, gray area covered in ash, and hardened, sharp obsidian. When that happens it is good to have someone who represents an ocean or some large body of water to help sooth the flowing, fiery lava.
The best thing about volcanos: Is after an eruption, depending on HOW it's happened, life has a chance to come back. ot.)
