Nathan’s parents are the type of lovers who are always open and flirty with each other, constantly holding onto one another and expressing their love constantly when together. They are also pretty prone to coddling and showing off their affection to their son at any possible chance they get, which tends to embarrass Nathan greatly.

Ever since he was a child, Nathan’s father (Luka) had a fondness for the Buneary line, finding Lopunny to be graceful and beautiful. The fluff that they produced was also very useful, and so Luka would grow up to own multiple Buneary and Lopunny. It was always his dream to one day hatch or obtain a shiny Buneary.

Likewise, Nathan’s mother (Kiara) also had a great love of Buneary, and the two of them would go on to use the shedded fluff of Buneary and Lopunny to make clothing and stuffing for plush and pillows.

When Nathan became a Pokemorph, both Luka and Kiara were overjoyed with how adorable he turned out, as well as elated that he was Shiny. When the two of them found themselves turned into Lopunny Pokemorphs themselves thanks to the temporary infective aspect of the Pokemorph Catalyst, they were beyond thrilled.

Much to Nathan’s embarrassment and horror, who could only feel as if his parents had become EVEN MORE affectionate.
