An upgraded sketch from the "Smaugust" Sketch Event, hosted on the Kroashent Discord Server. The theme was "Dragons".
For https://www.furaffinity.net/user/bionicdragoon/, the always lovely Nicole as a Novan Dragon. For those who are unaware, the World of Nova is the original setting of
ivanksmw, a high-fantasy adventure full of dragons, foxes and a wide variety of anthropomorphic races against the backdrop of an impressively detailed world.
The commissioner requested their original character, Nicole, as an inhabitant of this world. Novan Nicole is an apprentice healer in the Dragon Guilds working as a nurse. The brooch on her dress is the Novan symbol for water, an element that Nicole has a strong connection with. I wanted to give her a simple design to reflect her role as a caregiver. I think she makes quite the adorable dragoness!
