Art Deco, French ironwork, sushi... all the finer things in life on one block. The building to the right is one of the older buidligns in the city and the Japanese resturant occupies the third art deco theatre I've found on this block. This one sports some very simple elegance, no excessive ornamentation, just smooth lines. This theatre is possibly headed twords the "streamline moderne" variation of this style.
