I know this style...I think, that form of highlighting is pretty fun 8D
I can tell maybe about 5 ways to pull that off, though. Could be a really soft erase tool that you used, or smudgeing...or a few filters on feathered selections, manly Plastic or...I dunno 8D But I like.
