Bio:
The infamous robber, Garnet Luzdeluna, has lived a life of crime, as she believes that dragons should return back to their traditional standards (i.e., raiding villages, stealing gold for their hoards, kidnapping princesses, hatred on humans, etc.). She has had a long-time rivalry with Jade the Challenger, as she opposes Garnet's conservative dragon beliefs given how dragons have evolved from feral beasts. Like Jade, Garnet is a martial arts expert. But one aspect she has that Jade doesn't is Garnet's firearm accuracy.

Garnet also specializes in using her one-of-a-kind Gemini Guns (named after her astrological sign) named Castor and Pollux respectively. They were crafted by her using real garnet gems and highly dangerous moon dust she stole from a scientific institute. Due to her guns being built from native moon soil, they harvest energy from the moon's reflective light. One they are fully charged, the Gemini Guns give out a strong, but devastating energy blast. She also uses her pouch to carry any stolen loot she got her hands on.

Author's Note:
Garnet's armor is based on Vegeta's Saiyan armor (specifcally the Saiyan Saga outfit), as well as the White Ranger's suit.
Garnet's personally is loosely based on Shadow the Hedgehog and Vegeta respectively.
Judging by the city background and bridge top, you all know what this is referencing. XD
