Last month I "threw my back out", which was a new experience for me. I didn't even do anything! One side seized up and a couple of days later, I was getting out of the car and the other side joined in. It felt like someone had stolen a good length of my leg muscles and I had to work hard to get them stretched out back to normal. But stretch back they eventually did, so chalk the experience up to another "gettin hella old" milestone.

The grumpy cat face was what clued me.
Yeah, reminds me of my slip on the ice back in February and tearing two tendons in my rotary cuff in my right arm, I still am having problems even today. Worse yet, can't even draw a bow if my life depended on it. I used to be able to easily handle a 60# pull on my compound bow.
