Duck Tours are nifty. For a smaller, more personal amphibious vehicle, get yourself a Volkswagen Type 128 or 166 Schwimmwagen :)

Besides, it is spelled DUKW. It is one of the few floating vehicles you can own. The only one you can not own is a M3 Sherman variant which the ATF "alcohol tobacco and firearms". It is a weapon of mass destruction classification.
