Well... it just reminding me of that anime movie.

With the big cloud and inside would be the castle or something... ya...

there was also a sequel (though you dont find out till the end) to howls moving castle by a similar name...i have it around here somewhere... castle in the air or something...."Pray use both cats as sponges if it pleases you, infatuated infantryman." That is one of the best anvils on a developing cell that I have ever seen.

Though it is pretty that cloud packs a dangerous secret underneath its base.
