This is Illumina - she has some glowing stuff... geddit?

She's a Birdo that probably drinks too many sugary drinks, stays up way past a suitable time and enjoys a bit of the ol' electronic music of sorts. Good job the nightlife provides such a thing in the Mario Kingdom- when everybody is fast asleep there are those who crave the after-midnight hours over the blinding sunlight.

She probably has a job? She doesn't really say...she's also older than she appears and often can be seen in some kind of colourful tshirt and thigh highs strutting about slagging off those who are younger than her and into all those weird "young people" things.
Also dons her scarf everywhere- never taking it off unless to bathe, and a bow with lil star pendants dangling off.

I mean she might let you cuddle her? Just try asking...I'm sure it won't hurt that much.
