An old 2003 gift for :userKirydos: in all his waterdragony finny glory. Trying to make underwater look like underwater was quite difficult with colored pencils, and something I still cringe away from even with a tablet. Did the best I could though! I just always think that looking up at the surface of the water from below is incredibly beautiful.
