I'm drawing a pic of my character Lina, a chubby corgi ^^

What do guys think of this for the arms?

Also, I added in what she'll be wearing. Panties and a tank top. But what would be better, tastefully nude or clothed in something sexy/cute?

You can critique the pic itself if you want, but I kinda don't want it cause when I draw Lina, I draw the proportions wrong on purpose ^^;
