I've actually chugged melted triple chocolate ice cream like this before. *anime sweat drop* It's best to let it melt in the fridge for a day so it maintains a rich texture like a really thick milkshake. If you have to speed up the melting, use hot water. Don't microwave the ice cream or it'll ruin the velvety texture. Use "sugar-free" ice cream (w/sorbitol) if your goal is to induce bloating. I know some of you are into that, but I'm guessing you might not have experimented with as many recipes as me.
