Genre: RPG Character Digital Artwork (World of Darkness - Werewolf: The Apocalypse)
Artist:
SteelsArt
Character: Fela Nyatia Kifu, Bastet Ilani Swara Metis, Were-Cheetah, in her quadrupedal war-form
When Fela assumes this massive sabretoothed warform, it usually means business has turned nasty. This huge bulking cat resembles a prehistoric smilodon more than a modern cheetah, and brings all the anger and fierceness to a fight that a werecat can do. Weighing as much as a fully grown tiger and equipped with nasty forearm-long fangs, strong legs and a thick neck, even a were-cheetah can become a nightmarish beast. It usually is the last line of defense for a werecat, when speed and nimbleness no longer helps and brute violence is the only means left.
Steel is particularly skilled at drawing this kind of prehistoric cats, and to my delight gratuitously threw in a side view of this monstrous shape. A wonderful mixture of brute force and graceful beauty in all those lovely spots.
