I imagine the clothes are super tight, and help to constantly squeeze the berry patient's body removing the juice gradually. Without the compression, juice builds up relatively quickly and a prompt squeezing is required before they possibly explode. I guess the victims are always in danger of swelling up, even after a prompt juicing.
