I have to say... there's a lot of people out there that do rather extreme things to look on the outside how they feel on the inside...
The suggestion that perhaps she ate her siblings like spider young sometimes do is an interesting one... More than anything though, how did she become giant...? and sentient...? She doesn't even seem to know...
Regardless, she seems like a decent enough person... it's a shame she has to go to such extreme lengths to fit in with those she is most comfortable around. I'll wish well for her, though I know humans will inevitably be just a bit too cruel...

Yeah the entire comic is about making mistakes and living with it becoming a bttter person, in this case she thought she would fit in better if she pretended to be a human being, sepite her totally not being one, now she is stuck like that but she will explain she is still living a life with humans now... and how she achieved that.
Basically it's not really a "do not be a sheeple" thing because she was a giant spider and she felt "too alone" in being that, she needed "connection" because you cannot see something from afar feeling denied for your whole life the ability to interact with other people, just because you are different.
But she was drastically different to a human being. That is her situation. She wanted connection, but she was even denied the means. She did what she could... and failed. She still managed to achieve her dreams... just not in the way she originally thought...
...she even got married with an arachnophobic dude
I basically wanted to depict a bunch of people who read about "a weird thing" and ended up following a live stream of "said thing" having zero clue about what had happened.
So at the beginning their comments had to be "realistically clueless and therefore insensitive".
I hope you will like it.

😂
Why? Because he ended up being the only person willing to help her despite not liking her. you will see further down the line, she tells her story and then stuff happens in the comments which are still very "clueless" right now but will begin to get more focused about her story later on.I basically wanted to depict a bunch of people who read about "a weird thing" and ended up following a live stream of "said thing" having zero clue about what had happened.

I have, thus far, enjoyed it thoroughly. You have a real knack for thinking outside the box of traditional anthropomorphic tales... Thank you dearly for your effort in all this, and of course, the effort of those talented artists that let you bring light to your visions. ~u ~

i feel like i am just trying to make my characters into real characters, rather than caricatures, but i do realize that caricatures have their place.I mean, i would not be here without Tom & Jerry, Josemite Sam, Speedy Gonzales and all the silly stuff i watched as a kid.
The main point is to realize why some stuff is silly and make it your spur to research how real stuff actually looks like and what is the right mix between a spider falling (with sweat drop included) from the ceiling because she let go of the ceiling with one foot and the same spider talking about her life spent researching and trying to look like humans, while being denied close access to the very human beings she yearned for.
It's also kind of "why" she is taking most of these chapters dressing up as a human.
The comments people are leaving on her stream are still uncomfortably true to life.
I thought humanity as a whole had a repulsive lack of empathy and self-reflection before. Nowadays I never fail to be dismayed at the things folks are so willing to say, because the internet allows the safety of distance and anonymity.
