I never much cared for VII, so since these are the only two characters in the entire Final Fantasy VII canon I have any respect for, I decided to only make 16 bit versions of them. I originally wasn't even going to bother with VII (or VIII for that matter) but I already told someone else that I would make sprites for all later FFs but XI and XII (the former because its MMO nature makes it impossible and the latter because it already has sprites in the form of the sky pirate's den) so I went ahead anyway.

Zack was made from General Leo and Tifa was made from Celes. Tifa looks ugly because I was a buffoon and accidentally saved her as a jpeg.

Once again, if anyone wants a fursona or something in old-school FF form let me know, I take requests. They make good icons.
