History: At age 13 his Quirk manifested later than most. Before that his parents' quirks were paint-to-life, and object-erase, assuming he had simply been born quirkless like 20% of the population. However, he was not. He loved to draw and his parents encouraged it. On that fateful day in his room, he drew him and his parents and ran out to show them. All that was left was their clothes laid out on the couch where they were sitting. He was taken into protective custody to observe and protect people from his quirk. He found out he could draw objects but not anything living. He was released and became a full-time scenery and still-life artist. Eventually, at age 30 he married, however due to the fact he had not drawn someone since childhood, he had convinced himself it was nothing but a bad dream and that his parents had simply abandoned him. His wife asked for their 5year anniversary for Tatsunaka to draw her. Through much hesitation he did. Her clothes were found, and he ran. He grabbed very few things and ran. The last 21 years he has lived in a basement apartment, off a semi-busy street. Nowadays he makes money through contracts for Villains and has been labelled Blank-Brush. He is on many watchlists and is actively hunted but heroes. Luckily his appearance hides him with ordinariness. He is yet to be pulled up by any heroes despite them passing him on the street. He looks very different from his photo on the file of when he was 35.
