Name: Holotu
Gender: male
-stands at 8'10" and weighs about 460lbs, body is packed with dense muscle, actually a bit shorter than average for a yeti
-his white hair and blue skin is unusual, most of his kind have red or brown hair and tan skin, attributes his odd skin to his environment as most yeti don't live as high in the mountains as he does
-resides in the Stiff Mountains, way up at the summit of Mount Buru in a frozen cave, about 420 miles from Halflight
-comes down from the mountain every few nights to hunt and bring food back to his cave, eats pronghorn, bighorn sheep, rabbit and javelina as well as vegetation, has his fill and buries whatever meat is left in snow and leaves it to freeze
-able to move quickly by putting his weight on his knuckles like a gorilla
-body is chilled down to its very core, ice crystals cling to his fur and his bite can freeze the affected area down to the bone
-skin is tough and almost leathery, fur is thick and shaggy, made of coarse guard hairs and a dense undercoat
-grew up learning from the wall paintings of all the yeti before him, understood that humans were to fear him and the brutal winter his roar can bring, tries to live up to the human stories and yeti history by putting on a fearsome facade, though it quickly cracks as Holotu is a naturally shy, clumsy and meek individual
-rarely goes too far from the mountain, though an influx of hikers can drive him to hide elsewhere, once tried to scare a man and daughter off by baring his sharp teeth and growling but as soon as the young girl began to cry, he stopped and ran off
-alert and a bit tense, always seems to be metally preparing himself for an unwanted encounter, pays close attention to his surroundings and can be cautious to the point of paranoia
-kind to the wildlife in and around his territory, he has to hunt and kill to survive but he only kills what he'll eat, respects their boundaries and has guided a lost sheep home or shared food with a fox on occasion
-easy to frighten and quick to flee, might attack in self defense if he feels threatened but is not known to kill humans
-prefers to be left alone, hikers and explorers put him on edge, especially when they get near his cave and he has to hide somewhere else
-voice is low and gravelly but apprehensive, refrains from shouting so as not to alarm anyone or cause a blizzard or anything
-records notable events as a painting on the cave wall, just as his ancestors did
-practices acting fierce so maybe one day he can actually be fierce, fake it 'til you make it, yeah?
-has an interest in storytelling, due to his inability to write, Holotu has memorized the tales his mother told him as a child and can still recite them just as she did
