Roger Carel, one of my favorite voice actors ever, one from my childhood, a huge source for my love for voicr acting notably French, often called "the French Mel Blanc" and "the man with 1000 voices", who voiced a ton of characters I grew up with in their French dub (Astérix, Hercule Poirot, Benny Hill, Maestro, Roquefort, Lafayette, Bernard, Piglet, Winnie the Pooh, Rabbit, Jimminy Cricket, Basil, Kaa, Sir Hiss, Kermit, and many many more), has passed away today at age 93. He will forever remain as one of the greatest actors of the 20th and 21st centuries who was loved by 4 generations of watchers, and be forever remembered in the Voice Pantheon. Some years earlier, it was Micheline Dax, voice of Miss Piggy in France, who had died, a great actress and voice actress too but who did not voice a lot of characters unlike him. As well as other French voices of the Muppets. He must have joined his buddies now
