In the book Accelerando, the Queen of the Ring Imperium around Jupiter has a crystal throne made of computronium. It's kind of obscure, so I'm almost sure it was unintentional, but that's the first thing that came to mind. I could also imagine it being of magical design language instead of cyberpunk. This is really great.
