When i was in junior high, my estranged brother got into boxing. He didn't have many friends, so he would have me join him running and sparring. I always wanted to have a good relationship with him, i always craved that brother figure that my friends have who would go check in on them when we hung out at their houses.

When i got older that's kind of when i realized that he really only had me go with him and do that stuff as an excuse to abuse me and beat me up. Kind of weird because i remember really being happy as a kid when he would ask.
