I'm back with drawings, and since it was becoming really complicated to me because I'm completely stuck in my current project and I was getting full of frustration, I decided to make this simple drawing which I completed in just a few hours.
I have to thank Yosh-E-O for sharing through Twitter this curious Russian cartoon called Tommy The Little Dragon. It is a simple children show with 5 minutes episodes where a small dragon called Tommy is the friend of two panda brothers and help them to learn things using his magic through magic bubbles. It is a pretty silly show but I find it pretty adorable and cute, and most important, Tommy's design, even if too simple, looks really adorable for me and I couldn't resist at all to draw him. I have to say that in the show he even looks cutter because my approach wasn't 100% acurrated, but well... I did my best to approach to a completely different style of which I'm not used to at all. I don't know how much people really knows this show, it looks pretty unknown to me, anyways, this is probably one of the fewest fanmade artworks about it.
I hope to return in a short time with more complex and interesting MLP artwork. Don't worry, I'm just exploring new horizons to grow up as an artist. Hope you like this huggable dragon as much as I do :3

Ooh! I had wondered if this was 'Tommy The Little Dragon'. I really like how Tommy tackles the troubles of the pandas. "I]Underbed Monsters[/I] was downright adorable in showing how to face the fears of that infamous monster that finds its way to cause nightmares from beneath the bed, or from the closet. There was also a great lesson in Stubborn Stan.
It makes me happy to know that you liked the little show. I am always on the lookout for cute things to help me get into 'Little Space' so I can relax.

Never worry about the complexity of a work. What is most important is having fun and developing 'your style' / 'watermark' along the way.
Tommy may be simple and not exact, but he still brings your charm of art to what makes your talents delightful to follow. :)
The band, Primus released a compilation album entitled 'They Can't All Zingers'. This is very good as, even with the slang, it translates into, "Not every song we have is a hit, but here are some that we are particularly proud of prior to releasing future albums."
I, too, have lots of posts that fall in the 'not-so-good' bin. Though, without them, I would not be where I am today. :)
Perhaps you could have some ideas for works, like Tommy, to help when you feel the ability to make one of your masterpieces is not quite there? You stay productive while also sharing interesting characters and fun takes on your developing style. :)

Interestingly enough, I started here in 2008 and, only as of recent, made my way over to Twitter. I used to do Facebook, but it is far trickier to work using text-to-speech software, like JAWS.

I did a search for "Dragon" on the 'Tubi TV' app and found this gem. It is also available on Amazon Prime.
There are a lot of great shows in 'Tubi TV'. It is the only service, which is 100% free, which has "My Little Pony Tales". (MLP Tales is really good despite all the negative publicity it gets from Bronies. Though, as one who grew up in the 80s and 90s, I am easily biased for how it touched on a lot of themes of that era in only 13 episodes.)
