I think it might be sold around parts of Asia as there's Japanese text on the packaging. And yeah, these are Pampers.

Shimajiro is a japanese kids cartoon starting an anthropomorphic tiger kid. I'm not sure if there are any ducks in the show, but I think one of his friends is a parrot?

Also, Leon has been trying to find episodes of this show, but he's stumped and unable to find any, neither can I too.
