As much as I love showing off my front, it's hardly fair to not give all that back work its time in the spotlight. What's not to like? Those perfectly mountainous traps flanked by thickly rounded delts, piled on top of rhomboids and lats so thick you can lose spare change in them. Or maybe you prefer getting a close view of a bird bubble butt on top of overfull hamstrings and football shaped calves?
