THIS is Torment. A Team Rocket assassin, one of their elites, and a favorite of the Boss. He used to be human, and very cold and emotionless. However, due to some experimentation at a castle, he was fused with his shining Charizard and has gained something of an explosive temper, as well as a lot of size. Quite evil, but he was fun to roleplay.
