He is one of the youngest children in Oniontown. Because he is so younge and naive, his friends usually take care of him. Arturo loves and fears equally everyone, but his greatest fears are scissors, he isntantly panics when he sees them, his friends, are aware of this, which is why they never leave any scissors on sight of him.
