As far back as John can remember, the Wolf has always been there, always watching and some times helping. The beast has usually kept its distance, but has crept closer in times of need to offer John guidance. . . Or what the half-elf assumes is guidance, the Wolf hasn't harmed him so far after all
So  xizana did this for me as an early birthday gift and I feel I can't properly put into words how great this is or how much it means to me. John, and in extension the wolf, have become rather strong and favored characters for me, even if I haven't been able to use them in an game of D&D yet. This is in part due for me rarely making an character in an void like this, or having him get some many details without matching him up to another character (from  ravenskysong ). So having a character made like this and with such clear details, goals is really refreshing. John has his own personality, his own goal, personal quest, and mystery about him. The Wolf carries its own likes and dislikes, has an effect on the world and its own bond with John. In the end I just hope I can find another D&D group, or find an DM I could feel comfortable with these close characters.
