Skragrott da Loonking has done a lot of things during his attempt to forge the Gloomspite into an effective nation. One such thing was taking over smaller tribes and "kingdoms," another involved gathering up all of the seers and diviners he could find in order to help predict the paths of the Bad Moon.

What does this have to do with a Madcap Shaman named Jyrrud the Wizzgit? Quite a lot, alas. Jyrrud is a fortuneteller and soothsayer, as well as an herbalist. As a result, he's on the run from da Loonking and spends a lot of time hanging out with the troggoth. He trades them mushroom soup and herbal compounds, and in return they give him shiny things and don't tell Skragrott where he is. He smokes a pipe (full of squigweed and sometimes magical herbs), sings off-key, cracks bad jokes, tells fortunes, sells herbal compounds, hangs around with the troggoths, and has a hundred stories about his crown - which he swears is NOT a crown...
