He's sitting on a ledge, waving down on a town festival. Reaux mentioned that he likes Hawaiian shirts and doesn't know anything about humans, so I figured he might see some humans with their shirts tied up and think he was supposed to as well! =P I tried to tilt the hand a little to make it look like he wasn't hailing Hitler, but it didn't work out so well. =P

Anywho, scan FAIL! (it completely ruined the color) But, I hope you like it Reaux! =)
