OKAY- This is Tien. =3 She's a new character I created a few days ago. She's adorable as a little chibi. A few people think she's sexy when she's not a chibi. |D
She's partially Transparent, which is why you can see her hair behind her, her legs, her face- stuff like that. 83
She's all solid, so you can feel everything about her EXCEPT for her tail. Her tail is all wispy like a spirits; so you can see it, but you can't touch it. XD
She loves wearing her top hat and if you take it away, she gets mad. XD
She's also learning how to be a Magician ( she's not that good yet ). XD
So not only is she transparent, she also naturally floats. So she can glide and fly around. She just can't float over water or anything wet. Something about the water disables her ability.
