It’s a shame Wolfenstein became whatever it is now, but Warhammer 40,000 is still going strong.

Did I tell you about Oddworld? This definitely would be in one of the games.

I must say that I like your idea of electric motors in each wheel. I've been a fan of the "Motor-Brake-Generator" concept for years now, and the only thing that keeps such a thing from being real is Potholes. An Engineer/inventor friend of mine told me that we'd have to pave the earth as smooth as a billiard ball to get the idea to work. (Now this was back in the early 1990s mind you. I'm certain that advances have been made in that technology by now.)
