Ok I'm kinda happy the way this one turned out. The way it was in my headed sounded like a way cooler story about my new PCA character. Wanted to get a few males in there. It feels like I have a load of females with me XD Anyhoo hope you like him everyone^^

Nickname: Leo
Species: Manectric
Ethnicity: Spanish (can still speak American but has a little bit of German)

Hair: short and blue
Family: father Don Klaas (Manectric, 41), mother Kris A. Klaas (Luxray, 39)
Personality: Cool, uptight, kinda serious at times, sometimes likes to help others.
Hobbies: Drawing, training, music (helps him relax), naps, trying to get a friend (doesn’t work out sometimes but he keeps on going)
Leo, born in the Hoenn region in Verdanturf Town, spent more of his time indoors. When he was a young Electrike around the age of 6 he spent the days indoors drawing a lot of his own pictures and enjoyed them very much. Even though he spent the days indoor he sometimes went outside to draw but would end up falling asleep thanks to the cool breezy winds that always blew in the town. His mother Kris worked in Slateport City as a business manager of the local Pokemon contests and his father Don worked in Mauville City as a bike repairer which made their lives easy.
Around the age of 11, Leo became a Manectric. His drawing skills had improved greatly at a young age however he started drawing less thanks to his father. His father had taken some days off from his job as well as his mother and during their days off they spend their days with their own son. They even did some training outside of the town and sometimes inside the town and around the age of the 15 Leo left his hometown to join the PCA that was in Kanto in Viridian City. He had heard about the PCA when training and talking with his parents.
His freshmen year wasn't so easy. He was sometimes picked on for some odd reasons but that never bothered him at the least. He made some good friends who were interested in his drawings. When it comes to battling Leo knows how to fight. When he’s dealing with an opponent he sometimes tries to end the battle quickly however if it doesn’t work out he sticks with his own plans and defeats his opponent anyway that he can.
