I bet that one time, Ziggy made weed brownies for Rudy, and he accidentally left them out, causing Kidd to get high.
Rudy probably asked “how high are you?” When it kicked in. Then Kidd, high as frick, said “you said it wrong. It’s ‘hi how are you’.” Then, they both laughednfor five minutes.
