Currently trying to make a new set of wings for the dragon suit, ones that are a bit bigger yet lighter, and of a slightly different design.
Switched from the galvanized steel channel to a wire skeleton. It's fairly flexible, but stiff enough for my needs. My goal is to get the new wings to half (or at least 2/3) the weight of the original.
