You don't need to be Japanese to be a ninja. :) Fei-Hong the red panda and Pan-Pan the panda take there chances as ninjas for a rescue mission that they both went on there own to do. But not to worry, they both also learned ninjitsu so I,m sure all there hard work is going to pay off soon, if there going to be the ones to get captured first.
