Well, I can think of one good reason for posting this drawing rather than the one you mentioned. No matter how you drew her nethers, somebody would have complained because you didn't draw that area the way they think she should look there. Personally, I like this way because it allows us to use our imagination. (I know. That's not what you intended but someone would do that.)
This cute pic immediately reminded me of THIS 'golden oldie' by Donotsue, which I found in Bunnyman's gallery.
