I was always amused on older cartoons when you'd have a cousin of the character from another town and they'd be pretty much identical, just a stereotype from that area. Like Scooby's redneck cousin.

So Parka gets one, He's Cousin from California; Members Only Jacket. who's a blond stoner, metal enthusiast, who lives in a van, and surfs. He's also a tad more bottom heavy than Parka. and very cocky and confident, unlike parka. :B
